- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)`
Instructions
- reheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and psyllium husk.
- Fold in shredded cheese if using.
- Divide dough into 4–6 pieces and form bagels.
- Top with seasoning and bake for 18–22 minutes.
- Cool before serving or storing.`
