This pecan pie lasagna recipe is a no-bake layered dessert that blends a graham cracker crust, fluffy cream cheese filling, and a sticky pecan topping. Perfect for holidays or any sweet craving.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup or maple syrup
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13 dish. Chill.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spread cream layer over crust. Chill again.
Heat brown sugar, butter, and syrup until bubbly. Stir in pecans and cool slightly.
Pour pecan topping over cream layer. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Make at least 4 hours ahead for best slicing.
Store covered in fridge up to 5 days.
Can freeze individual slices.
