- 2 ciabatta rolls or rustic sandwich brea
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 tablespoons basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)
- 4 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat skillet, grill pan, or panini press.
- Slice ciabatta rolls in half and lightly brush outsides with olive oil.
- Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each bread slice.
