Ingredients
1 cup whole milk (or dairy-free milk)
1 cup ice
2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
1 tbsp raspberry or blueberry syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream
1 tbsp blue raspberry popping candy (Pop Rocks)
Optional: red/blue food coloring, espresso shot
Instructions
Add milk, ice, ice cream, vanilla extract, and half the syrup to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle remaining syrup inside your glass.
Pour in the frappuccino mixture.
Top with whipped cream generously.
Sprinkle popping candy just before serving.
Enjoy immediately while the candy crackles!
Notes
To make it vegan, use plant-based milk, vegan ice cream, and dairy-free whipped topping.
Add a pinch of chili powder to the syrup for a spicy twist.
