Description
A simple gelatin recipe trick for weight loss made with green tea, lemon juice, and stevia. Sugar-free, collagen-rich, and perfect for reducing cravings.

- 2 cups brewed green tea (cooled)
- 1 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4–5 drops liquid stevia (or 1 tsp monk fruit)
- Optional: mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Brew green tea and let cool to warm temperature.
- In a saucepan, add tea and gelatin powder. Stir and heat gently until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice and stevia.
- Pour into molds or a shallow dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with mint.
