Ingredients

  1. 2 cups brewed green tea (cooled)
  2. 1 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
  3. 1 tsp lemon juice
  4. 45 drops liquid stevia (or 1 tsp monk fruit)
  5. Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew green tea and let cool to warm temperature.
  • In a saucepan, add tea and gelatin powder. Stir and heat gently until dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and add lemon juice and stevia.
  • Pour into molds or a shallow dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until set.
  • Serve chilled, optionally garnished with mint.
