Description
Golden, cheesy garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs made with biscuit dough, ground beef, and gooey cheese — perfect for snacks, dinners, or parties.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices American cheese (or cheddar)
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown the beef in a skillet. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat. Stir in chopped cheese until melted. Let cool.
Flatten biscuit dough into circles. Spoon in 1 tbsp beef mixture.
Pinch dough closed and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush each bomb.
Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 13–15 minutes until golden.
Brush again with garlic butter. Serve warm with your favorite dip
Notes
Don’t overfill the dough — it can leak. Cool the filling first.
Freeze after baking for up to 2 months. Reheat in oven at 350°F.
