Description
A hydrating and detoxifying green smoothie made with cucumber, celery, green apple, and lemon. Great for weight loss, bloating, and digestion.
Ingredients
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped celery
½ green apple
Juice of ½ lemon
½ inch fresh ginger
¾ cup cold water or coconut water
Ice cubes as desired
Instructions
Add water or coconut water to the blender.
Add cucumber, celery, apple, lemon juice, and ginger.
Blend on high until smooth (about 60 seconds).
Taste and adjust flavor if needed.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use organic celery if possible.
Add mint, cayenne, or protein powder to customize.
Drink fresh or store up to 24 hours in the fridge.
