- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)

Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of panko + ½ cup Parmesan.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko-Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden. Set aside.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water; reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
- In a pan, melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
- Add cream, Parmesan, and pasta water. Stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Plate pasta and top with crispy chicken. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use store-bought breaded chicken to save time.
- For extra flavor, add chopped spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the cream sauce.
