These Cowboy Butter Chicken Wings are spicy, buttery, garlicky, and full of bold ranch-style flavor. Perfect for game day, BBQs, or weeknight indulgence.

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat dry the chicken wings and place them on the baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- While wings are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
- Once wings are done, toss them in the hot cowboy butter sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or ranch dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, let them air-dry in the fridge uncovered for 1–2 hours before baking.
- You can also grill the wings and brush with cowboy butter during the last few minutes.
