  1. 2 pounds chicken wings
  2. 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  3. 4 garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoon paprika
  7. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat dry the chicken wings and place them on the baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • While wings are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, and cayenne. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
  • Once wings are done, toss them in the hot cowboy butter sauce until fully coated.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or ranch dressing.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, let them air-dry in the fridge uncovered for 1–2 hours before baking.
  • You can also grill the wings and brush with cowboy butter during the last few minutes.
