Ingredients
1 cup whole milk cottage cheese (small curd)
Optional: Seasonings such as everything bagel mix, garlic powder, chili flakes, rosemary, black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds of cottage cheese onto the sheet.
Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle with desired seasonings.
Bake for 35–50 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Let chips cool completely on the tray before removing.
Notes
Best results come from using cottage cheese with at least 13g of protein per 1/2 cup.
