Ingredients
1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Cracked pepper, paprika, or herbs (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain cottage cheese well using a mesh strainer or paper towel.
Spoon small mounds onto baking sheet, about 1 tbsp each.
Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool completely before removing from tray.
Enjoy immediately or store in airtight container.
Notes
Use small-curd cottage cheese for best results.
Make sure to drain cheese well to avoid sogginess.
