- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg yolk (for wash)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Optional: garlic powder, herbs, chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and egg until a soft dough forms.
- Shape dough into 4–5 small bagels on tray.
- Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and enjoy warm or store for later.

- Use low-fat cottage cheese for a lighter version.
- For gluten-free, substitute 1:1 gluten-free flour.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
