Description

These cottage cheese bagels with Parmesan twist are chewy, cheesy, and protein-rich. Made without yeast and ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg yolk (for wash)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Optional: garlic powder, herbs, chili flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment.
  • Mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and egg until a soft dough forms.
  • Shape dough into 4–5 small bagels on tray.
  • Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden.
  • Cool slightly and enjoy warm or store for later.
