Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose or gluten-free flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Optional: everything seasoning, shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix cottage cheese and egg until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.
Divide into 4 pieces, shape into bagels.
Place on baking sheet and top as desired.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden.
Notes
Store in fridge for up to 4 days or freeze individually.
To reheat, use a toaster oven or pan-toast to crisp.
