Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bagels for structure and crunch.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken, pesto, and Greek yogurt; season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the chicken–pesto–yogurt mixture evenly over the bottom bagel halves.
  • Add spinach or arugula and, if desired, cheese and optional add-ins.
  • Top with the bagel lids, press gently, slice if you like, and serve.
