Description

A juicy and flavorful chicken breast stuffed with creamy cheese and herbs. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for weeknight dinners or impressive enough for guests. Melty cheese oozes from inside tender chicken, seasoned perfectly and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, parsley, and garlic powder.
  • Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
  • Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes. Remove toothpicks and serve.

Notes

  • You can add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the filling for more flavor.
  • Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking the chicken.
