  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Freeze ribeye steak for 30 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and peppers; cook until softened, about 7–10 minutes.
  • Push veggies to the side. Add sliced steak to the skillet and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook steak until browned, about 3–5 minutes. Mix with peppers and onions.
