- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1–2 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 8–10 oz filtered water
- Cinnamon stick or pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Ginger slice (optional)
Instructions
- Add apple cider vinegar to a large glass.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the glass.
- Add honey if desired and stir until dissolved.
- Fill the glass with water and stir well.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick or ginger slice if using.
- Serve immediately.
